International networks start appearing up in Russia, but they do it quite slow. Although the Russian market is considered to be the most promising in the world, not everybody has realized the real potential of a franchising network deployed here. It should be noted here that the ex-Soviet countries' foreign languages schools had always paid more attention to teaching through writing. The language of classical literature was considered the most important, which did not reflect the contemporary state of a particular language. Children in schools spent more time learning the XIXth century language, than a modern English or French. Most of people who terminated a Soviet or Russian school are likely to feel a language barrier which hinders to express ideas in a foreign language. Learning the correct language of the classical literature, they seem to be afraid to say something wrong.
